企業(yè)生產(chǎn)外包的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素分析及決策研究
摘 要：外包是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)擴(kuò)展生產(chǎn)能力，更好地滿足用戶需要的1種重要經(jīng)營方式，但是企業(yè)外包也存在著多方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，且企業(yè)選擇其代工合作伙伴時(shí)也面臨著決策問題。本文首先介紹了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)外包的概況及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，然后就企業(yè)生產(chǎn)外包中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行分析，進(jìn)而提出了規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的建議。從交易費(fèi)用與核心競爭力的角度，對外包決策進(jìn)行了分析，并設(shè)計(jì)了構(gòu)造判斷矩陣的方法進(jìn)行代工企業(yè)的選擇。

Risk factors and decision-making research of manufacturing 0utsourcing
Abstract: 0utsourcing is an important way of management that modern corporations enlarge the ability of production and the consumer is satisfied. But there are still some factors of the risks in 0utsourcing, and there is a decision-making problem when the corporations choose the cooperation friends instead. This article analyses the factors of the risks in manufacturing outsourcing and table a proposal to avoid the risks. It analyses the decision-making of outsourcing in the view of the cost of business and key competition, and develop a method which is constructing a judging matrix in choosing the corporation instead.
