我國農(nóng)村金融建設(shè)存在的問題及對策研究
摘 要;市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,金融成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心,決定著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的速度和效率。農(nóng)村金融的建設(shè)成為影響現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)出增長的關(guān)鍵因素，對于建設(shè)新農(nóng)村這1主題來說，也是非常關(guān)鍵的1項(xiàng)措施。本文首先闡述了加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村金融建設(shè)的意義及必要性，接著重點(diǎn)分析了農(nóng)村金融建設(shè)存在的問題，針對農(nóng)村金融資源配置及金融服務(wù)等方面的問題，提出了優(yōu)化農(nóng)村金融資源配置、消除金融抑制、重構(gòu)農(nóng)村金融體系、完善金融環(huán)境等具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的對策。

Abstract: Under the market economy condition, the finance becomes the economical development the core, is deciding the economical development speed and the efficiency. The rural construction becomes key factor affecting modern agriculture developing and outputting, regarding constructs new countryside this subject to say, also is an extremely essential measure. This article first describes the strengthening of rural financial significance and the necessity of. Then focus of the rural financial problems in the construction, targeting rural allocation of financial resources, financial services and other issues, optimize the allocation of financial resources in rural areas. Elimination of financial restraint, reconstruction of rural financial system,improve the financial environment with realistic significance countermeasures.
