    摘 要:在現(xiàn)今的醫(yī)藥0售市場(chǎng)上,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨白熱化,被人們稱(chēng)為永遠(yuǎn)的朝陽(yáng)行業(yè)的醫(yī)藥行業(yè)已不再如往日那般風(fēng)光,利潤(rùn)已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重下滑。中國(guó)醫(yī)藥0售行業(yè)主要存在行業(yè)利潤(rùn)額下降,行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式散亂,,惡性?xún)r(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)嚴(yán)重,未形成現(xiàn)代物流模式使物流費(fèi)用居高不下,專(zhuān)業(yè)人才缺口大等問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)目前我國(guó)醫(yī)藥0售企業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析,并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出解決的方案, 從不同的方面來(lái)分析,為促進(jìn)醫(yī)藥0售企業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了1些探討。從銷(xiāo)售收入與成本,費(fèi)用等來(lái)進(jìn)行分析。提出大力推進(jìn)醫(yī)藥0售業(yè)的并購(gòu)、重組;創(chuàng)立醫(yī)藥商業(yè)品牌,走特色經(jīng)營(yíng)之路;完善總代理、總經(jīng)銷(xiāo)制, 推進(jìn)藥品電子商務(wù)模式;發(fā)展現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥物流模式,降低物流費(fèi)用,加強(qiáng)資金的管理與培養(yǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才等方法來(lái)增強(qiáng)醫(yī)藥0售企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;從大型化、規(guī)模化、連鎖化、多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)、提高藥學(xué)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、培育品牌價(jià)值等方面提出了醫(yī)藥0售企業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。

The Chinese medicine retail sales profession main existence exists so many questions,such as:the dropping profit, the professional management pattern falling into disorder,the malignant price competition has not formed the mondern physical distribution pattern,causing the physical distribution expenses to stay at a high level.The big professional gap;This article dissects the question which exist to present our country Medicine Retail sales Enterprise has carried on the analysis, and aims at these questions to propose the solution plan, analysis from the different aspect, for promoted the medicine retail sales enterprises development to carry on some discussions. Mainly from the sales income and the cost, the expense and so on analyzes. Proposed the continuation advances the medicine circulation industry merger and acquisition, the reorganization vigorously; The establishment medicine commercial brand, walking on the road of the characteristic management; perfect the  general agent, always sells on commission the system, the advancement drugs electronic commerce pattern; The development modern medicine physical distribution pattern, reduces the physical distribution expense, the enhancement fund management and the trained professional strengthens the medicine retail sales enterprise the competitive power; From the large scale,improved the grade of service,and the cultivation brand value,the writer proposes some developed suggestions in the medicine retail sales enterprise.
