論秘書人員協(xié)調(diào)關系的藝術
摘 要
協(xié)調(diào)關系是秘書人員工作中的重要職能之1，它貫穿于秘書的各級管理工作之中。秘書人員講究協(xié)調(diào)關系的藝術是對秘書工作基本方法的創(chuàng)造性運用，是1種高超的處事技巧。當前國內(nèi)對本課題的研究主要都只是從1般角度來談，很少把協(xié)調(diào)關系這個問題上升到藝術的高度去研究，也很少對協(xié)調(diào)關系個性化和藝術化的問題進行研究，但是想要做好秘書工作，除了掌握秘書工作的1般方法之外，還應努力在工作實踐中不斷積累和升華經(jīng)驗，努力使其真正達到藝術的境界。秘書人員協(xié)調(diào)關系的工作，在整個組織關系中進行，受制于機關、單位目標，領導意圖，機關、單位結構關系，機關、單位環(huán)境因素。只有在1定的職權基礎上，擺正自己的位置，明確自己的身份，講究1定的協(xié)調(diào)藝術，有1個準確的角色知覺，秘書人員才能有效地做好機關、單位協(xié)調(diào)關系的工作。本文主要談了秘書人員協(xié)調(diào)關系工作的現(xiàn)狀，探討了秘書人員協(xié)調(diào)關系的重要性和協(xié)調(diào)關系在秘書工作中的難點問題，尤其是秘書人員如何藝術的從事協(xié)調(diào)關系工作提出了自己的見解。

ABSTRACT
The coordinated relations are the secretary personnel work one of important functions, it passes through during secretarys all levels of supervisory work. The secretary personnel is fastidious coordinated relations art is works the essential method creative utilization to the secretary, is one kind excellent handles matters the skill. Current domestic mainly all only is discussed to this topic research from the general angle that, is short very much the coordination relates this question to rise to art highly studies, also is short to the coordinated relations individuality very much and art question conducts the research, but wants to complete the secretary to work, besides grasps the general method which the secretary works, but also should diligently unceasingly accumulate and the sublimation experience in the working practice, diligently enables it truly to achieve artistic the boundary. The secretary personnel coordinates the work which relates, relates in the entire organization carries on, is restrained to the institution, the unit goal, the leadership intention, the institution, the unit structure relations, the institution, the unit environmental factor. Only has in the certain authority foundation, own position, is clear about own status, is fastidious the certain coordinated art, some accurate role consciousness, the secretary personnel can effectively complete the institution, the unit coordinates relational the work. This article mainly discussed the secretary personnel coordinates relates the work the present situation, has discussed the importance and the coordinated relations which the secretary personnel coordinates relates works the difficult question in the secretary, was secretary personnel how art engaged in the coordinated relations work to propose own opinion in particular.
