　　Here are some artifice for you

　　1.分解法：將單詞分解為幾個平常熟知的簡單單詞再結合中文釋義來記憶。

　　如：caprice n. 怪想法

　　【記法】分解為：cap(帽子)+rice(米)

　　【聯想】用帽子裝大米想法顯然就是個怪想法

　　【例句】This is a caprice. 這是一個怪想法。

　　writhe vi. 苦惱

　　【記法】分解為：write(寫)+h(好)

　　【聯想】老師布置的作文怎么才能寫好呢?真讓人苦惱

　　【例句】Students writhe under such great pressure.學生們因壓力過大而苦惱

　　2.諧音法：根據單詞的讀音諧音成中文來聯想

　　如：milling n. 研磨，制粉 [?m?l??]

　　【記法】諧音：米零

　　【聯想】使大米變成很小的顆粒，這個過程就是研磨和制粉的過程

　　【例句】We have just bought a milling machine.我們剛買了一臺研磨機。

　　curse n.詛咒，咒罵 [k?:s]

　　【記法】諧音：可死

　　【聯想】對某人說“可死” 不就是詛咒嗎?

　　【例句】Curses like chickens come home to roost.詛咒別人，報應自身;害人反害已。[諺]

　　單詞巧記可真讓阿呆我漲知識~可是，在英文面試中口語好不是最重要的，重要的是要面對foreigner HR連珠炮似的提問!如果你能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要、恰當中肯，而且合乎老外的口味，那么你的錄取機會，一定大大增加!這時，熟悉他們的表達方式和行為方式就顯得十分重要。

　　缺點篇

　　不要說會影響面試的缺點

　　For example, say if you're applying for an HR position and you say that you're not good with people, or if you're trying for a sales job and you say you are bad at negotiating. This doesn't mean that you have to make up a weakness, but it's just preferable for you to pick another weakness that isn't a deal breaker.

　　例如，申請人力資源的職位卻說不善于與人相處，或者想做銷售卻說不擅協商。不是讓你一定要編缺點，但是挑個不會影響面試的缺點會好一些。

　　要談到你為克服缺點做的'努力

　　Always talk about the steps you have taken to overcome your weakness. This is your chance to show the interviewer that although you have your flaws, you are proactive and resourceful enough to overcome them. In a way, your effort to conquer your weaknesses will be looked at as a strength.

　　要說你為克服缺點做的事。這是你向面試官證明的機會，讓他們知道雖然你有缺點，但你會主動克服缺點，也有辦法克服它們。在某種程度上，你為克服缺點做的努力會被視作優點。

　　事前準備篇

　　來得太早

　　you're putting immediate pressure on the interviewer to drop whatever she may be wrapping up and deal with you.

　　你就會直接給你的面試官一定的壓力，無論此時她正在整理東西還是與你交談。

　　A secondary problem with showing up early is that it says, "Hi, I have absolutely nothing else going on in my life, so I'll just park it here in your company lobby." You don't want that. If you arrive super early, hang in the parking lot or a nearby coffee shop until just a few minutes before your scheduled time.

　　另外一個早到帶來的問題就是，“你好，我的確沒有別的事情要忙了，所以我只好早點來貴公司準備了。”你并不想這樣。如果你實在比預約的時間早很多，那么你就在附近的咖啡店閑逛一下直到面試時間前幾分鐘再過去吧。

　　滔滔不絕，沒完沒了

　　Even if you're interviewing for a role within the most free-wheeling,fun-loving organization, the fact remains that you are in an interview. Never, ever get wooed into believing that the casual nature of the environment frees you to enter the TMI zone.

　　即使你所面試的場地是一個完全無拘無束，樂趣無窮的機構，但是你也得意識，你是在面試。所以，永遠絕不要以為這種輕松的環境可以讓你盡情演說。

　　Be friendly and conversational. Because you want this crew to feel that you'll fit in around the joint. Just never, and I mean do not ever, cross the line into TMI. When in doubt, leave it out.

　　只需要友好地和健談地與面試官交流。因為你希望面試官感覺到你能夠合群。記住，絕不跨過滔滔不絕的界線，如果存在疑惑，那就忘了它吧。

　　對“這對我有什么好處?”表現的太明顯了

　　when you bust out with an immediate litany of WIIFM (what's in it for me?) questions, you look both arrogant and, frankly, unappealing.

　　當你直接問這樣一個問題：“這對我有什么好處?”的時候，你看起來既自大，又不討好。

　　Of course you want to know what the benefits are, how much vacation you get, and if you get a cell phone, company car, and corner office. But in the early interview stages, all the hiring managers and HR people really care about is what you can do for them.

　　當然，你想知道這份工作的福利有哪些，比如假期長短，有無私人手機，公司用車或靠角落的辦公室。但在面試的早期階段，所有的面試官和人事部主管最關注的是你能為公司所帶來的效益。

　　Making you happy will be important if they want you, but you're not even going to get to that stage if you make your list of demands clear too early.

　　如果他們需要你就會取悅你，但你實在還沒到達談條件的那個階段。

　　Some tips for you

　　◆Dress properly.(穿著得體)

　　◆Don’t shake hand with the interviewer until he\she extends his \her hands.(面試官伸手時才握手)

　　◆Don’t sit don until invited to do so by the nterviewer.(對方未請，先別坐下)

　　◆Make eye contact with the interviewer during the inter view.(面試時保持眼神交流)

　　◆Don’t apper to be pushy or overly anxious to get a job.(不要過分表現急著要工作)

　　◆Don’t put yourself down or cut yourself up.(不可妄自菲薄或自貶)

　　◆Try to avoid discussing politics or religion with interviewer.(避免談論宗教或政治)
