應(yīng)屆生在求職過程中，有很多人是直接給企業(yè)發(fā)的求職信，這樣，招聘企業(yè)對(duì)于求職者的了解，首先只能在于你的求職信上，而特別是一些外企，很多都直接要求英文求職信簡歷，所以，我們就剛剛畢業(yè)的應(yīng)屆生在寫英文的求職信上容易出現(xiàn)的問題給大家一些建議。
求職信開頭
首先告訴對(duì)方你是在那里得知應(yīng)聘信息以及所要應(yīng)聘職位的名稱，如：
(1)in answer to your advertisement in(媒體名稱，括號(hào)里只要按照實(shí)際情況填寫，下同) for (職位名稱),i wish to tender my services.
(2)with reference to your advertisement in(媒體名稱)for(職位名稱),i respectfully offer myself for the post.
自我介紹
通常在這段里介紹你的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，要特別注意的，和所應(yīng)聘職位無關(guān)經(jīng)歷盡量不要，如：
(1)i have been serving for over(數(shù)字)years in(以前供職單位).
(2)i have had(數(shù)字)years'experience with(以前供職單位)as a(以前職務(wù)).
說明原因
一是離職原因，
二是申請新職位的原因，如：
(1)my reason for leaving my present employer is that i wish to get into the(申請職位的性質(zhì)，如：advertising)business.
(2)i left the office on account of the discontinuance of the business.
證明能力——突出個(gè)人能力
非重重要，因?yàn)檫@不僅能體現(xiàn)你的個(gè)人能力，更能直接告訴公司你能為公司做什么事情，能給公司帶來什么，這點(diǎn)可以說是直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率，但是也要一定要用最少的'文字表達(dá)最多的意思。和所應(yīng)聘職位無關(guān)的能力(包括證書、資格等)，堅(jiān)決刪掉，如：
(1)i have received a special english education(你的專業(yè)),and have a fair command of japanese(你的副業(yè)).in addition,i know a little french.
(2)during my education,i have grasped the principals of my major and skills of practice. not only have i passed tem-8(你所通過的水平測試或其它職業(yè)技能考核),but more important i can communicate with others freely in english(你個(gè)人的能力，尤其是強(qiáng)項(xiàng)).my ability to write and speak english is out of question.
