辭職信寫(xiě)作貼士
如果決定離職的話(huà)，除了口頭上向上司請(qǐng)辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應(yīng)缺少的步驟。
辭職信內(nèi)容
離職日期、辭去的工作職位。
簡(jiǎn)述辭職原因。(可提可不提)
向公司、上司及同事表示謝意。
要求撰寫(xiě)離職證明書(shū)(reference letter)。
用詞友善
無(wú)論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動(dòng)辭職，撰寫(xiě)辭職信時(shí)，措詞切記要適當(dāng)、友善，千萬(wàn)不要把辭職信當(dāng)作發(fā)泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數(shù)公司、老板的不是。
原因有三∶
- 你的未來(lái)老板隨時(shí)會(huì)要求你的前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時(shí)的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。因此，別自毀長(zhǎng)城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。
- 正所謂「今日留一線，他朝好相見(jiàn)」，如果你轉(zhuǎn)職后還是留在同一行業(yè)內(nèi)，日后在工作上或會(huì)有碰面的機(jī)會(huì)，到時(shí)便好不尷尬。
- 另外，誰(shuí)又能保證自己與舊公司/上司他朝不會(huì)山水有相逢，再有合作的機(jī)會(huì)呢?所以千萬(wàn)別讓他們留下不良的印象。
