4、 It is very difficult to (1) 提出問(wèn)題。There have been several attempts, but they have had generally little or no success. There methods are usually ineffective for many reasons. 5、One of the most challenging problems of today’s world is that (1) 提出問(wèn)題。It’s not only a question of the government but also a question of the individuals. I would like to discuss the possible solutions. Each of the solution I presented has both advantages and disadvantages. But I believe it can be only a matter of time in the future.
