　　假定你是李華，暑假想去一家外貿公司兼職，已寫好申請書和個人簡歷(resume)。給外教Mr Jenkins 寫信，請她幫你修改所附材料的文字和格式(format)

　　范文1：

　　Dear Ms Jenkins,

　　I am Li Hua, I am writing to tell you something about my plan for the coming summer vacation and I also want you to do me a favor.

　　In order to get some practical experience, I am planning to take a part-time job in a foreign capital company. I have already finished my job application and personal resume. But this is the first time that I have written an application and the personals resume, so I don’t even know if there are something to pay attention to. So, I’m writing you the letter , hoping you can give me some help. I will be very grateful if you can help me.

　　Looking forward to your reply. And I’d be really thankful.

　　譯文:我是李華，我寫信告訴你我的暑假計劃，我也希望你幫我一個忙。

　　為了獲得一些實際經驗，我打算在一家外資公司做兼職工作。我已經完成了我的工作申請和個人簡歷。但這是我寫的申請和個人簡歷的第一時間，我甚至不知道有什么要注意。所以，我寫信給你，希望你能給我一些幫助。如果你能幫助我，我將非常感激。

　　Dear MS Jenkins,

　　I’m Li Hua from English writing class last lesson. I’m writing to ask for your help.

　　I’m applying for a part-time job at a foreign company in my city during the summer vacation, and I have just completed my application letter and resume. However, I am not quite sure of the language and the format I’ve used. I know you have a very busy schedule, but I’d be very grateful if you could take some time to go through them and make necessary changes. Please find my application letter and resume in the attachment.
