英語寫作句子技巧

　　1.是用一個單詞代替一組意義相同的單詞，比如：

　　用forget（忘記）代替do not remember（沒有記住）

　　用ignore（忽視）代替do not pay attentionto（不注意）

　　用now（現在）代替at this pointin time（此時此刻）

　　用because（由于）代替due to the fact that（鑒于下列事實）

　　2.省略同義詞或近義詞，比如在下面例句中，形容詞important（重要的）和significant（有重要意義的），就是兩個同義詞（也可以說是近義詞），我們可以省略important，只保留significant。

　　The government project is important and significant.（這項政府計劃是重要的，有重要意義。）

　　The government project is significant.（這項政府計劃有重要意義。）

　　3.在不改變句子含義的前提下，省略所有可以省略的單詞，比如在下面例句中，the cover of the book（書的封面）可以省略成the book cover，is redincolor（是紅色的）可以省略成isred。

　　The cover of the book is redincolor.（書的封面是紅色的）

　　The book cover is red.（書的封面是紅色的）

　　現在我們把這三種方法結合起來，將一個冗長、繞嘴的句子，改寫成一個簡短、易懂的句子。

　　University malls must be accessible and free from congestion in order that students，faculty and employees may have unobstructed passage throught hose area soft he campus.（校內道路必須是便于通行的，不擁堵的，以便讓學生、教師和職員能夠無阻礙地通過，到達校園的各處。）

　　University malls must be free enough from congestiontoal low people to walk througheasily.（校內道路不應當擁堵，以便人們順利通行。）

　　4.最好的方法是以簡單句為基礎，配合適當的并列句和復雜句。簡單句可長可短，通常要加些附屬成分，如分詞短語、介詞短語、副詞短語、不定式動詞短語，以及節縮成分。

　　一篇好文章的條件很多。除了內容豐富和組織緊密之外，詞匯的運用和句子的處理，也起著決定性作用。句子可長可短，同一件事，可以用不同的句式表達。如果句子清一色是簡單句，文章必定很單調乏味。如果全篇充滿了冗長的復雜句，讀起來也很費力。

　　最好的方法是以簡單句為基礎，配合適當的并列句和復雜句。簡單句可長可短，通常要加些附屬成分，如分詞短語、介詞短語、副詞短語、不定式動詞短語，以及節縮成分。總之，各位在參加同等學力考試的時候可根據情況，使句子多樣化，使文章靈活多姿。例如下列五個句子的基本概念一樣，但是句式不同，內容重點也有些差別：

　　(1) The goats grazed peacefully in the farm and were unaware of the approaching hunter. (并列分句(1) 2)

　　(2) Grazing peacefully, the goats in the farm were unaware of the approaching hunter. (現在分語短語簡單句)

　　(3) In the farm, the goats grazed peacefully and were unaware of the approaching hunter. (副詞短語并列分句(1)-(2) )

　　(4) There were goats grazing peacefully in the farm, unaware of the approaching hunter. (簡單句形容語短語)

　　(5) As the goats grazed peacefully in the farm, they were unaware of the approaching hunter. (原因副詞從句主句)

　　(1)和(5)的句式最常見；如果加上其他三種互相交替，句子不是更多樣化嗎？最后，看看這兩個句子要如何多樣化呢？

　　(6) The young pilot was on his first overseas training.

　　(7) He felt very uneasy.

　　(a) The young pilot on his first overseas training felt very uneasy.

　　(b) The young pilot felt very uneasy during his first overseas training.

　　(d) Extreme uneasiness seized the young pilot on his first overseas training.

　　(e) The young pilot was on his first overseas training, feeling very uneasy.

　　(f) It being his first overseas training, the young pilot felt very uneasy.

　　(g) Being on his first overseas training, the young pilot felt very uneasy.

　　(h) The young pilot was on his first overseas training and felt very uneasy.

　　(i) The young pilot, who was on his first overseas training, felt very uneasy.

　　(j) When the young pilot was on his/first overseas trainging, he felt very uneasy.

　　(k) As the young pilot was on his first overseas training, he felt very uneasy.

　　(l) The young pilot was on his first overseas training, so that he felt very uneasy.

　　在上述12個句子中，(a)-(g)是簡單句；(h)是并列句；(i)-(l)是復雜句。簡單句除(b)和(g)之外，其他五樣，用的人并不多。人們最喜歡采用復雜句，尤其是(j)和(k)這兩款；接著便是并列句(h)。如果大多數人的句子只限于(b),(g), (h), (j)和(k)這五種，而其他的則棄如敝屣，不是很可惜嗎？
