感謝信是為了答謝對方的邀請、問候、關心、幫助和支持而寫的公關禮儀書信。

　　感謝信是為了答謝對方的邀請、問候、關心、幫助和支持而寫的公關禮儀書信。感謝信的寫作主要分以下三個部分。首先開頭要明確的對對方提供的幫助或贈送的禮品表示謝意。主體部分則需列舉對方提供的幫助，說明該幫助所起的作用，或表達對所受禮品的`喜愛以及以后如何使用及收藏等。結尾部分需再次表達誠摯的謝意并問候對方。

　　寫作三步曲

　　表達感謝之情及原因提及曾受過什么幫助或者說明喜愛禮品的原因再次表達誠摯的謝意。

　　注意：

　　表達感謝時要情真意切，不能過于夸張;結尾處最好表達希望回報對方的愿望，更顯真誠。
