六、違約責任。出租人不得擅自將車調回，否則將按未運輸期限租金額賠償承租人。承租人必須按合同規定的時間和租金付款，否則，每逾期一天，加罰一天的租金。
七、其他未盡事項，由雙方協商，協商不成，按照合同法規定辦理。
