　　一、負責組織領導部門制造組對新報模具的設計、制造及整理工作；

　　二、負責與生產部生技科協調修理老產品模具等事項；

　　三、對本科室人員進行工作指導、考核、培訓和任免的'責任；

　　四、組織現場管理，推行5s及本科室的設備保養等事項。

　　負責模具總體設計,指導組員進行模具設計,對模具進行評審,做dfm

　　任職要求:

　　1)5年以上模具設計或模具評審相關經驗,大專以上學歷,模具或機械類相關專業

　　2)有一定的`英語基礎,能夠進行簡單的讀寫

　　3)對塑膠模具的結構和制作流程非常清楚,能夠對模具進行評審和dfm

　　4)熟悉pro-e及辦公軟件

　　-manage the mold production process and regulate the mold production plan when production conflict happens.

　　負責安排模具涂層的生產,協調中心涉及模具涂層的生產計劃的調配

　　-assist center manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators

　　協助中心經理管理模具涂層生產的關聯人員,并負責指導、培訓關聯人員

　　-technical and applications support to local sales team and other coating centers if necessary according to the manager`s requirement

　　為銷售部門或其他生產中心進行技術及應用支持

　　-supporting from china mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in dg center.

　　在所在中心構建高效及專業的模具涂層團隊

　　-solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from china mold manager and mold supervisor.

　　按照巴爾查斯標準要求解決制程控制、夾具、設備、工具在生產過程中的問題,處理及解決客戶抱怨

　　崗位要求:

　　-bachelor degree or above, major in mold design/mental material/heat treatment or related.

　　本科學歷,材料、模具或熱處理相關專業

　　-more than 5 years working experience in molding related field

　　5年以上模具行業相關工作經驗

　　-knowledge in mold structure and machinery

　　了解模具構造及機加工工藝

　　-fluent english both in written and oral

　　良好的英文聽說讀寫能力

　　-good communication skill and team cooperation spirit
