求職信格式
求職信的基本格式一般由六部分組成，即：稱呼、開頭、正文、結尾、附件、署名日期。
1.稱呼。它是對讀信人的稱謂。由于讀信人是公司或單位的負責人，你叉不知道他的名字，故可直呼他為“×X公司負責人”、“X×廠廠長”、“×X企業經理”等。求職信不同于一般的私人書信，它帶有“私”事“公”辦的意味，故稱呼時應嚴謹，不要用“親愛的”、“我最尊敬的”等刺人的字眼，有時為了禮貌起見，可用“尊敬的×X”來稱呼。寫稱呼時要頂格寫。
2.開頭。一般書信的開頭為問候語，但在求職信中大可不必。由于你與讀信人彼此陌生，寫問候語反倒給人一種做作之感，有時甚至令人感到莫名奇妙。求職信的開頭，可說明自己寫信的目的，表述時應簡潔，并能吸引讀信人看下去。
3.正文。這是求職信寫作的重點，在交代你求職的原因之后，應著重介紹你應聘、應征、或尋找工作的條件，尤其要注意表現你的主要成績，突出你的優勢，讓人感到你的吸引人處。
4.結尾。主要是強調你的愿望和要求。比如，你希望他給你一個會面的機會，你盼望他做出肯定的答復，你靜候他的回音等;然后向他致敬。致敬時，寫上“此致 敬禮‘’的字樣即可。寫時，”此致“二字可居中，”敬禮“要另起一行頂格寫。
5.附件。附件不宜過多。選用的證明材料，如你的各門專業課程成績登記表等，應有必要的簽名和蓋章。
6.署名、日期。署名時要注意兩點：一是不要過分謙卑，寫成什么”你的學生X X敬上“等字眼;二是不要過分潦草，寫得龍飛鳳舞，本來前面寫得都很工整認真，這時卻突然想炫耀你的書法，結果適得其反，會把讀信人對你的好印象破壞殆盡。署名、日期要寫在信紙的右下角，分兩行排列。
