　　聆聽面試者的問題、評論或者感受

　　人們喜歡別人聽自己說話勝于自己聽別人說話。你應該通過總結、復述、回應面試者說的.話，使對方喜歡你，而不是僅僅注意你要說什么。

　　贊美時不要做得太過頭

　　當看到辦公室好看的東西時，你可以趁機贊美幾句以打破見面時的尷尬，但不要說個沒完。多數面試者討厭這種赤裸裸的巴結奉承。相反，你應該及時切入正題--工作。

　　講話停頓時顯得像是在思考的樣子

　　這么做能使你顯得是那種想好了再說的人。這種做法在面對面的面試時是可以的，因為面試者可以看得出你在思考而且是想好了才回答。例外：在電話面試和可視會議系統面試時，不要作思考的停頓，否則會出現死氣沉沉的緘默。

　　適當作筆記

　　隨身攜帶一本小筆記本。在面試者說話時，特別是你問完一個問題之后，或者他在特別強調某件事情時，你可以作些記錄。作筆記不僅表明你在注意聽，而且也表明你對面試者的尊重。
