英語商務介紹信的寫法

　　介紹信是介紹本單位人員到外單位參觀學習、聯(lián)系工作、了解情況或出席某種會議等所寫的一種書信。介紹信具有介紹和證明的作用。使用介紹信，可以使對方了解來人的身份和目的，以便得到對方的信任和支持。對一個從事文案工作的員工來說，介紹信可是一定要會寫的。

　　1. 文體介紹

　　正式介紹信是寫信人因公務把自己的同事或業(yè)務關系介紹給某單位或某個人。這種介紹信言語和格式比較規(guī)范、嚴謹，內(nèi)容一般包括以下幾個方面：

　　(1)簡單地介紹一下被介紹人的身份和情況。

　　(2)說明事由，并要求對方對被介紹人提供某種幫助。

　　(3)對對方的幫助預先表示感謝。

　　(4)如果是熟悉的業(yè)務往來或老的工作關系，也可以附帶詢問一下工作上的近況和向對方致以問候。

　　(5)介紹信一般篇幅不長，前三個方面的內(nèi)容常常可以放在一個段落里。
