要求:開門見山，內(nèi)容簡短，用詞通俗
格式:
? 寫請假條的時間一般位于右上角。 稱呼寫在日期下一行的左上角。一般以dear開頭。 正文簡潔明了。只需把請假的'理由和請假時間說清楚即可。 為說明請假事由是真實的，要在正文后另起一行寫上：i enclose a doctor’s certificate. (我附上了醫(yī)生證明。）
? 署名寫在右下角。名字上一行寫上yours，或your student, 或yours sincerely 等。 詞匯：
? 頭疼 headache ■牙疼 toothache ? 請病假 ask for a sick leae■請二天的假 ask for 2 days’ leave ? 發(fā)高燒 have a high fever ■急事 something urgent ? 休息 take a rest ■看醫(yī)生 see the doctor ? 嗓子疼 have a sore throat ■ 有點咳嗽 have got a cough 提請求：
