隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)辦公高效化的'要求，用郵件等書寫請(qǐng)假條已經(jīng)與紙質(zhì)請(qǐng)假條一起，成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)請(qǐng)假制度中的兩種請(qǐng)假方式，且紙質(zhì)請(qǐng)假條也早已擺脫了手寫樣式，多為文檔版本，可直接發(fā)給人事部門申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)并存檔，亦可根據(jù)公司要求打印出來經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后再交給人事部門。
英文請(qǐng)假條的寫法及范例
1、寫法
首先，應(yīng)該按照半正式的格式在假條的上方還是寫上如下信息：
To：假條是遞給誰的
From：請(qǐng)假人
Date：寫假條的日期(注意不是請(qǐng)假的日期)
Subject：寫上請(qǐng)假字樣
假條抬頭范例如下：

其次，在您的請(qǐng)假信第一段，應(yīng)該開門見山但是有禮貌地提出請(qǐng)假。第一段要中心明確，寫清您要請(qǐng)假的日期。
然后，在假條的第二段，您應(yīng)該簡單明了陳述請(qǐng)假的原因事由。注意敘述清楚明白，并盡可能表示對(duì)此帶來工作不便的歉意。
接著，在假條的最后一段，應(yīng)寫上您希望獲得準(zhǔn)假的句子，或者具體等候答復(fù)的時(shí)間。
