　　回首四年的校園生活,有喜有愁,有成功也有失敗,我孜孜不倦,在努力的充實自己,堅持刻苦努力學習，把所學的東西應用在生活中。為實現人生的價值打下堅實的基礎。

　　通過四年的專業學習，我深深地喜愛自己的專業。專業的學習讓我熟知人力資源管理專業知識，包括員工的招聘、培訓、績效考評及薪酬管理等方面的知識。同時，經過努力我拿到了國家英語四級證書、計算機新編一級證書、普通話二級甲等證書。并在大三暑假拿到了中華人民共和國機動車駕駛證C1證。

　　大量的實踐活動使我有機會接觸各種各樣的人，遇到各種各樣的困難。在處理這些問題的同時我鍛煉了自身的處事能力，能全面思考問題，對事物有自己的見解。這些既培養了我的團隊合作精神，又使我能袒誠面對自身的問題。
