外國(guó)人來(lái)華就業(yè)流程
外國(guó)人來(lái)華就業(yè)流程是什么?下面是外國(guó)人來(lái)華就業(yè)辦證流程，為大家提供參考。
流程(Procedure)：
辦理方式一：
入境前：
一. 就業(yè)許可證書(shū)Alien Employment License (15 working days)
二. 官方邀請(qǐng)函 Official Invitation Letter(3 working days)
三. 申請(qǐng)Z簽證Z visa application
入境后：
四. 臨時(shí)住宿登記單 The Temporary Residence Registration Form(within 24 hours after entering China)
五. 體檢Physical Examination(4 working days)
六. 就業(yè)證 Alien Employment Permit(We call it “Work permit”)(3 working days)
七. 居留許可Residence Permit(7 working days)
辦理方式二：
已經(jīng)持有有效簽證在上海的外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)一年期證件流程：Expats who already in Shanghai with valid visa can follow below mentioned procedures:
一.就業(yè)許可證書(shū)Alien Employment License (15 working days)
二.臨時(shí)住宿登記單 The Temporary Residence Registration Form(within 24 hours after entering China)
三. 體檢Physical Examination(4 working days)
四.居留許可Residence Permit(7 working days)
五.就業(yè)證 Alien Employment Permit(We call it “Work permit”)(3 working days)
注：流程中基本上是每一步結(jié)束后才可以進(jìn)行下一步。入境后的流程需要在30天內(nèi)完成。
P.S.：Usually every step just can be started after the former step finished. The procedure should be finished within 30 days after entering China.
一. 就業(yè)許可證書(shū)Employment License
1. 所需材料 Materials needed
(1)學(xué)歷證書(shū)(英文復(fù)印件，中文翻譯件，蓋公章)
The educational certificate (copy of English, Chinese , both chopped)
(2)包含教育背景和完整工作經(jīng)歷的最新簡(jiǎn)歷(英文復(fù)印件，中文翻譯件，蓋公章)
Up-to-date Resume, including educational qualification and comprehensive work history with exact month and year. (copy of English, Chinese ,both chopped)
(3)前一任職公司的推薦信(英文復(fù)印件，中文翻譯件，蓋公章)
The reference letter from the last company (copy of English, Chinese, both chopped)
(4)有效護(hù)照照片頁(yè)復(fù)印件
A copy of valid passport ID page
(5)公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件(蓋公章)
A copy of the Duplicate of Business License (chopped)
(6)組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼復(fù)印件(蓋公章)
A copy of the organization code (chopped)
(7)外商企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)復(fù)印件(蓋公章)
A copy of the Approval certificate of Foreign-funded Enterprise (chopped)
(8)外國(guó)人就業(yè)申請(qǐng)表(蓋公章)
One Application Form for Foreigner’s Employment (chopped)
2. 需要時(shí)間: 15個(gè)工作日
The time for apply: 15working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)：《外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證書(shū)》自簽發(fā)之日起六個(gè)月有效，過(guò)期不辦有關(guān)手續(xù)的，許可證書(shū)自動(dòng)失效。
Notice: Employment License is effective for six months from the date of issuance, expiration not to do the formalities。 the license will be lapse automatically.
二. 官方邀請(qǐng)函 Official Invitation Letter
1. 所需材料 Materials needed
(1)就業(yè)許可證書(shū)原件及復(fù)印件一份
The original Employment License and one copy
(2)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件一份
a copy of the Duplicate of Business License
(3)政府官網(wǎng)打印的蓋公章的申請(qǐng)表一份
a chopped application form (printed by the government website)
(4)有效護(hù)照照片頁(yè)復(fù)印件
A copy of valid passport ID page
2. 需要時(shí)間: 3個(gè)工作日
The time for apply:：3 working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)： 申請(qǐng)職業(yè)(就業(yè))簽證的邀請(qǐng)單位應(yīng)提交：登記表(包括：被邀請(qǐng)人姓名、國(guó)籍、性別、年齡、護(hù)照號(hào)、來(lái)華事由、入境日期、停留期限等);“就業(yè)許可證”原件及復(fù)印件各一份;被邀請(qǐng)人護(hù)照復(fù)印件;企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照的復(fù)印件。
Notice: Apply for employment visas should be submitted to the sponsoring organization: registration form (including being invited to name, nationality, gender. age, passport number, the subject of china, entry date, duration of stay, etc.)
三、申請(qǐng)Z簽證 Z visa application
1. 所需材料 Materials needed
(1) 就業(yè)許可證書(shū)原件 the original Employment License
(2) 官方邀請(qǐng)函 the invitation letter
(3) 健康證明書(shū) the health certificate
2.需要時(shí)間: 5/3/1個(gè)工作日
The time for apply: 5/3/1 working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)：簽證須在自己國(guó)籍所在地進(jìn)行，各個(gè)國(guó)家的不同規(guī)定可能所需時(shí)間也不一樣。
Note: Z visa application is to be in theirs Nationality, perhaps the time for apply is different as the different requirements between each country.
四.臨時(shí)住宿登記單The Temporary Residence Registration Form(within 24 hours after entering China)
1.所需材料 Materials needed
(1)護(hù)照原件及復(fù)印件the original and copy of passport
(2)租賃合同 the lease contract
(3)房產(chǎn)證明 the property ownership certificate
(4)物業(yè)證明 the property management confirmation
2.需要時(shí)間：當(dāng)場(chǎng)辦理
The time for apply：on the spot
3.注意事項(xiàng)：各個(gè)居住小區(qū)所屬的警署不同可能所需要的材料也不同。
Note：Every residence district is under the jurisdiction of the different police stations perhaps the materials needed are different.
五. 體檢 Physical Examination
1. 所需材料 Materials needed
(1) 彩色2寸照片4張 4 passport style photos
(2) 有效護(hù)照原件和照片頁(yè)復(fù)印件 Original valid passport and a copy of ID page
(3) 企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件一份 A copy of the Duplicate of Business License
2. 需要時(shí)間: 提前一周預(yù)約，4個(gè)工作日
The time for apply：one week booking in advance,5 working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)：體檢須空腹;如果以前在其它國(guó)家做過(guò)體檢，請(qǐng)務(wù)必?cái)y帶相關(guān)材料報(bào)告。
Notice: Keep limosis before examination. If physical examination done in other countries before, please make sure to bring the relevant material reports.
六.就業(yè)證 Work permit
1. 所需材料：Materials needed
(1)2份蓋公章的外國(guó)人就業(yè)登記表 Two Employment Registration Form of foreign Employees (chopped)
(2)就業(yè)許可證書(shū)正本和復(fù)印件一份the original and copy of Employment License
(3)用人單位與被聘用外國(guó)人簽訂的勞動(dòng)合同/境外公司出具的派遣函(派遣函應(yīng)明確：勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬的支付者、被聘用人員的職位和聘雇期限) A copy of the labor Contract/the assignment letter offered by the company oversea(it should indicate that the compensation payer, the opposition of the employee and the employment duration ). (chopped)
(4)健康證明書(shū)復(fù)印件一份 A copy of the health Certificate
(5)有效護(hù)照原件和照片頁(yè)簽證頁(yè)復(fù)印件 Original valid passport, and a copy of ID page and visa page
(6) 彩色2寸照片3張(其中2張用于申請(qǐng)表，另外1張用于就業(yè)證) Three passport style photos (2 for the forms, 1 for the Work Permit Certificate)
2. 需要時(shí)間：3個(gè)工作日
The time for apply: 3 working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)：如勞動(dòng)合同或相應(yīng)的證明材料是外文的，需同時(shí)提供中文翻譯件，翻譯件由用人單位蓋章.
Notice: such ad labor contracts or the corresponding documents is a foreign language is required to provide the chinese translation, translation stamped by the employer.
七.居留許可Residence Permit
1. 所需材料：Materials needed
(1)彩色2寸照片1張 one passport style photo
(2)健康證明原件 the original of the Health Certificate
(3)單位申請(qǐng)公函(蓋公章)the official letter of application of the unit (chopped)
(4)組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼復(fù)印件(蓋公章) the organization code(chopped)
(5)企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件 (蓋公章)the Duplicate of Business License(chopped)
(6)企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)復(fù)印件(蓋公章)the certificate of Approval of Enterprise (chopped)
(7) 臨時(shí)住宿登記單 the Temporary Residence Registration Certificate
(8)提交有效護(hù)照原件 the original of the valid passport and (submit)
(9)提交就業(yè)證原件和就業(yè)登記表原件 the original of Work Permit(submit) and the Employment Registration Form
2. 需要時(shí)間：7個(gè)工作日
The time for apply: 7 working days
3. 注意事項(xiàng)：持標(biāo)D、Z、X1、J1、Q1、S1字簽證的外國(guó)人以及根據(jù)中國(guó)政府同外國(guó)政府簽定的協(xié)議免辦簽證入境，需在中國(guó)停留30日以上的外國(guó)人，必須自入境之日起30日內(nèi)到居住地市、縣**局辦理外國(guó)人居留證或者外國(guó)人臨時(shí)居留證。
Notice: Holding visas D, Z, X1, J1, Q1,S1 visa for foreigners and foreign governments, according to the chinese government signed an agreement with the visa-free entry to be in china, foreigners who stay more than 30days, must within 30days of entry days from from the residence of the city or country public security bureau residence permit or temporary residence permit.
