一、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。
二、逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。

六、對(duì)于電話區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。

七、對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)採用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。

八、括號(hào)弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

九、用彎引號(hào)，不要用直(的彎)引號(hào)。

十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

注意：
1. 若寫作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)爲(wèi) em dash。有鑑于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。
