　　推薦信一般由標題、稱呼、正文和落款四部分組成。

推薦信的格式和例文

　　(一)標題

　　推薦信的標題一般由文種名構成，即在第一行正中寫上“推薦信”三個字。有的推薦信由于寫推薦信同收推薦信雙方關系較熟則可以不要標題。

　　(二)稱呼

　　推薦信要在第二行頂格寫上收信方領導的姓名和稱呼或只寫對方領導的職務，如“尊敬的××局局長：”。

　　如果推薦人同收推薦信的人是熟人朋友，則也可以用常見的私人信件一樣的稱呼，如“英華兄：”

　　(三)正文

　　推薦信的正文可以概括為開頭、中段和結尾三部分構成。

　　1。開頭

　　推薦信的開頭既可以先問候一下對方，略敘思念之情，也可以開門見山直說其事，這要視你和對方的關系而定。假如你和對方見面較多，關系也較為密切，就無須太多的'客套話了。要在開頭介紹自己(或推薦人)的身份，以及自己同被推薦人之間的關系。同時說明寫此信的意圖。

　　2。中段

　　中段是推薦信的展開部分，要針對用人單位的情況需要，介紹被推薦人的一些情況，如學歷學位、專業特長、外語水平、業務能力以及其他能力；以使對方能通過引薦信對被引薦人產生好感，從而達到推薦人才的目的。

　　如果是自薦信，更要寫明自己在原來崗位未能發揮或沒有機會發揮的潛能和特長。

　　3。結尾

　　再次表達自己希望能辦成此事的愿望，懇請領導給予被推薦人工作或晉升機會，并向對方致以感激祝福之情。結尾處也可附上一些被推薦人業績的有關材料。

　　(四)落款

　　推薦信的落款要在正文右下方署上推薦者的姓名，以及成文日期的年月日。

　　有些推薦信還可以注明自己的詳細通訊地址，以備以后必要時的聯系之用。
