　　簡介：結構要點推薦信是向收信人推薦某人做某事的.信件。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　1.指出被推薦的人及推薦的原因;

　　2.介紹被推薦人的情況;

　　3.總結說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任工作)。

　　注意：推薦信應多寫被推薦人的優點，肯定其成績。但內容應真實可信，語言熱情得體。切忌夸大其實。

　　模板句型：

　　第一部分：指出被推薦人

　　I am writing to you to recommend…for…

　　I take great pleasure in recommending to you … as …

　　I would like to present… for your consideration in your search for…

　　With reference to your requirements, I shall, without reservation, recommend…as an ideal candidate.

　　第二部分：介紹被推薦人的情況
