When the issue of poisonous milk powder gains an overwhelming focus from the public, what are these malefactors doing? As we can see from the depiction, enterprise, milk station, milch cow and even grass are trying to find someone scapegoating for this credit crisis, in my view point, that's nothing to do with the credit but the problem of responsibility.
Responsibility is a keyword that we should never disregard, defined not only as the courage to face every foreseeable risk, but as the braveness to entail every malpractice when it really takes place as well. The causes of the shortage of responsibility or even conscience may be as follows. Firstly, inner cause ascribing probably to the destructiveinfluence emanating from the decay of morality may result in the over-materialism .Furthermore, outerly , deficient supervisal gives rise to the fearless adventurer who is at the risk of anything ,not to say to deviate from his own liability ,to pursue as many as profits. A case in point is the Melamine-laced Milk Incident which almost destroyed the whole of China's milk industry.
It is imperative that drastic measures should be taken to end this thorny situation, such as enacting related law to reinforce our supervisal mechanism to avoid the behavior of kicking the ball when something bad happen and promoting social entities to regain one of Chinese traditional virtues, which is called “who would enter the hell if I wouldn't”,that means, undoubtedly, to learn to be responsible for the blunder means sensible unflinchingness.

The Responsibility for Us
Last year I learned a lot of things. However, the most important is the attitude which our staffs should be owned- dare undertake responsibility.
It isn’t everyone wants to bear the responsibility due to ability or weak character. But at the new developing conditions, as young stuffs, we should stand the front of difficulty when our company goes into the market and in the presence of competition.
At first, a lot of new problems will emerge with the developing of company. Maybe the problem couldn’t solve by past experience. therefore, we need to learning new knowledge and technology. For example, it is the first time work in petrochemcal main company for our company. So every work details need to learn. As new stuff, I begin to learn new method about antiseptic with my teacher. We have looked up about 50 standards book to confirm the constructing detail, and we stay at the construction site to teach the worker. In this way, we fulfil all tasks. Actually, developing new method is equal to developing yourself.
Secondly, do not afraid of suffer from nervous and busy work. Since 20xx,our company begin to apply Delicacy Management. We all know that working at project department take no any holiday, every workmates are so busy. But we still should abandon the extensive management , and learning the method of delicacy management. Maybe it will cost a lot of
resting time, but we will get more benefit after knowing the method well. At last, the most important, we should devote ourself to our company. We give heart to our company, we will obtain more nice harvest, thank you for everyone.

First of all, I’d like to ask you a question, what is the most significant stuff in your mindI guess the answer may be youth, self-esteem, or even something greater, like the sense of national proud and etcetera. When I asked myself the same question, the answer used to change, but now, it’s clear and certain, responsibility. Growing up gradually, I
realize that responsibility is meaningful, important and momentous. At least, it’s what I cannot afford to lose.
As a member of family, we have been held tightly in the warm embrace from our parents. They give us all their love and we have no idea how much they have sacrificed while we are growing up .We owe them a great deal over the passing days. And now, it’s our responsibility to provide them with good conditions to give them a golden period of lives. In a word, responsibility means love and gratitude.
Families make up the society, and the society needs every one of us. I remember the famous saying from Liang Qichao that excellent juveniles create splendid future of the country. We are supposed to try our best to make China more powerful. It’s our responsibility and aspiration.
Living in the Global Village, to keep safety and peace is our inescapable responsibility. There is no doubt that we are too small to be noticed. Nevertheless I do believe that a little sparks may kindle a great fire. If each of us knows how to live in peace of others or other countries, anger will fade away and hurts of wars will go .If each of us come to realize that the protection of environment can no longer be waited, the tears of regret will never belong to us.
Responsibility, it seems to be cold like a rock, a burden. But when we step into the society, responsibility, as an adult gift, has been quietly landed on our back and we must take it in our hands without other choices. We might feel a little bit helpless, but sometimes it is the helpless feeling that drives us forward and we can become a real man step by step. Gradually, when we see enough of the world and after the baptism of time, we will get to know the true meaning of responsibility and realize we are really alive.

We Chinese place a high value on responsibility. It is traditional deal for us Chinese to take care of our parents.
We owe them a great deal for the love they give us while we are growing up. It is right, then, when they are getting older with each passing day, we help them and see that they are well cared for. In this way, we give back some of the love and care they have given to us.
As loyal Chinese citizens, we must have a strong sense of responsibility to our country. I t is our duty to keep China strong in the eyes of the world. Therefore, we should study and work hard for China's strongness which also depends on the advanced science and technology.
We must be willing to join the Army and defend our country, would we be threatened by an invader. In short, to be a responsible citizen ,we must put our country's welfare above our own needs.
Finally, we must remember that we have a responsibility to the world we live in.
It is important that we learn to live in peace with the other nations of the world and to protect our environment.?

The choice----is yours.” That's all my father said to me. He was right. The choice----is mine! It's me, no one else, to choose my future, to decide my career, to take the responsibility to myself. After my deep consideration, I've made my own decision to choose Finance as my own major.Facing backwards, I made up my mind: to be self-responsible, I will always find the solutions rather than complaining the problems. To be self-responsible, I will treasure the frustration as a precious experience rather than crying for the past failure. To be self-responsible, I will refuse to shift off the duty, but stand out and say “I'm on it”. To be self-responsible, I will never think about the “have gone”, but the “will come”.So, take the self-responsibility, my dear friend, because that's your life, your destiny!。
