各位家長：

　　晚上好!我是孩子們的英語老師周老師，很榮幸能通過本次家長會與您一起交流我們的英語教學(xué)，看著在坐的家長朋友，絕大部分家長，我們還是第一次正式碰面，但是對于家長們的簽名，我是再熟悉不過的了，我們每天的《家校聯(lián)系本》基本上都有過每個(gè)家長的簽名，在此，真誠地向家長朋友們說聲謝謝，感謝您對我們這一門學(xué)科的支持與配合，借次機(jī)會我想和家長朋友們交流以下幾方面的內(nèi)容。

　　一、班級整體情況

　　在優(yōu)秀班主任xxx的帶領(lǐng)下，我們班比較優(yōu)秀(進(jìn)步較大)，上個(gè)學(xué)期期末我們英語學(xué)科是蘭溪市統(tǒng)一測試的，我們?nèi)〉昧藘?yōu)異的成績，但也有小部分學(xué)生明顯落后與別人，主要表現(xiàn)在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業(yè)沒有按時(shí)上交或干脆不交等現(xiàn)象，久而久之，他的各種表現(xiàn)就落后了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學(xué)生。

　　二、英語學(xué)科的特點(diǎn)

　　本學(xué)期我們用的是PEP英語教材的升級版，它比原來的舊教版有了更高的要求，在學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎(chǔ)上，強(qiáng)調(diào)語言的運(yùn)用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和獨(dú)立運(yùn)用所學(xué)語言去做事的能力。但教學(xué)內(nèi)容緊密聯(lián)系小學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學(xué)生的需求，涉及學(xué)校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數(shù)字等。本學(xué)期還增加了機(jī)器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)本身趣味性比較強(qiáng)，成績好的同學(xué)會越學(xué)越有趣，小部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學(xué)習(xí)的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的`沒學(xué)會，到高段難的知識點(diǎn)學(xué)起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個(gè)單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有AB兩部分重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學(xué)，對話教學(xué)和閱讀教學(xué);還有C部分，也就是故事教學(xué)是選學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學(xué)自己自學(xué)內(nèi)容。

　　三、如何在家監(jiān)督孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)

　　1。關(guān)注家庭作業(yè)

　　每周有三節(jié)英語課，這三天里我都會布置家庭作業(yè)，并且我對家庭作業(yè)有具體的要求：若當(dāng)天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業(yè)肯定是默寫重點(diǎn)句，對預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)的要求是：聽錄音，若預(yù)習(xí)單詞，要在家校聯(lián)系本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規(guī)定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，而不是每天機(jī)械地完成老師布置的作業(yè)。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，寫在家校聯(lián)系本上。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)很多孩子是來學(xué)校補(bǔ)的，可見聽力作業(yè)也不會完成。所以，從今天以后，家長可以根據(jù)這幾個(gè)要求去關(guān)自己孩子完成作業(yè)的情況，當(dāng)然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)還天天在家校聯(lián)系本上簽名。雖然我沒有強(qiáng)制性要求學(xué)生每天讓家長簽名，目的是杜絕孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聰明，自己簽個(gè)名，每天簽名的家長我是記憶很深刻的，你的孩子也很優(yōu)秀，我也很感謝您對英語學(xué)科的支持和關(guān)注。

　　2。關(guān)注單元測試測試卷簽名。其實(shí)測試卷上家長簽名，是一個(gè)外在的形式，我的目的是，讓家長知道孩子一個(gè)階段的學(xué)習(xí)成果，看孩子的試卷，不光看分?jǐn)?shù)的高低，更要關(guān)注孩子錯(cuò)誤的原因，是因?yàn)榇中模€是因?yàn)楸旧砭筒粫Ｒ淮慰荚嚕粌H僅只是分?jǐn)?shù)上的收獲，更是一種學(xué)習(xí)方法上的收獲。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學(xué)習(xí)的成就感，每次測試后我都以不同的方式給予學(xué)生獎勵，有，優(yōu)秀獎，進(jìn)步獎，鼓勵獎。考慮到有的學(xué)生存在報(bào)喜不報(bào)憂的情況，每次試卷下發(fā)后，我都會以短信的方式，通知給家長。

　　四、幾點(diǎn)希望

　　1。家長要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，要把語文，數(shù)學(xué)，英語放在同等位置。經(jīng)常可以聽到家長的議論，小學(xué)英語沒關(guān)系，初中會重學(xué)的，其實(shí)這是一種錯(cuò)誤的觀念。初中七年級是有三個(gè)模塊式復(fù)習(xí)內(nèi)容的，但后面的內(nèi)容跨度還是很大的，明年的中考英語難度系數(shù)又增加了，取消了選擇題的題型，9月2日高考制度出臺，高三考試分為英語、語文、數(shù)學(xué)，各科總分是150分。所以養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣要從小學(xué)開始，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)必須家校合作，因?yàn)闀r(shí)代在進(jìn)步，再也不要和你那時(shí)自己的學(xué)習(xí)比較。希望家長再家多費(fèi)點(diǎn)心，多關(guān)注自己孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。

　　2。多關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)動態(tài)，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學(xué)習(xí)，要意識到小學(xué)的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學(xué)英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責(zé)罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。

　　Let me begin my speech with a replay of scenes familiar to most, if not all, of those present here today.

　　take. take. take.. The relationship between a mother and a child always seems to follow such a pattern. I know my mother is always there for me, providing me with everything I need; from food to clothing, from tuition to pocket money. I never thought twice about all she did until one day she said,

　　Like a child endlessly asking, we humans, throughout history, have been continually demanding what we desire from nature. We enjoy the comfort and beauty of our furniture, yet we never bother to think about the serious soil erosion caused by deforestation. We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth.As we tragically learned from last summer's floods. We cannot continue our carelessness. Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity. Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but
