If we rally can't dosomething, we must should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuserequests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere andsympathetic. A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guiltyabout saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do.

I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student.Probably I'll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this does'tdiscourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devotedefforts to always strive, for the best,it's going to be a meaningful andworthwhile life that I will be living. We know that the world watched, theworld listens, the world is waiting to see where this nation will be heading ina time of rich opportunities and fierce competition.
