　　1、請先談談你自己的情況。回答這個問題：簡單地自述后，很快地把答案轉(zhuǎn)到自己的技能、經(jīng)驗和為得到目前這份工作所接受的培訓上來，可回答自己最大的長處、特色，所具備的專業(yè)技術(shù)等。一定要了解自己應聘的崗位有哪些具體的要求，把自己的特長和崗位要求結(jié)合起來，不要象征婚啟事一樣，說了那么多數(shù)字，還是沒有說清楚。不要簡單的羅列自己的實習過程，要談談自己通過實習得到了什么，通過社會實踐提高了自己哪方面的能力以及自己的一些感受。

　　2、你為什么會來本公司應聘？應聘者在面試前一般應多準備幾個原因，但原因最好簡短而切合實際。為了表明應聘的原因和工作意愿，回答的答案最好是能與應聘公司的產(chǎn)品和企業(yè)相關(guān)的，最好不要回答因為將來有發(fā)展空間，因為安定等答案，要表現(xiàn)出充分研究過企業(yè)的樣子。

　　4、你認為這個行業(yè)的現(xiàn)況怎么樣？這個問題主要是了解求職者對產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)況的理解及展望。針對無經(jīng)驗者，是試探他對本工作的意愿與關(guān)心程度。由于是剛從學校畢業(yè)，對這方面的知識也僅停留在書本上，不必在人事經(jīng)理面前裝內(nèi)行，也沒有必要陳述什么獨創(chuàng)的見解，你只要能傳遞正確和真實的意見就行了。這就要求應聘者一定要對投簡歷的單位以及所在的行業(yè)信息都要有所了解，要選擇自己喜歡的行業(yè)，和自己所學的知識有聯(lián)系的企業(yè)，不要盲目的亂投簡歷，到最后自己都不知道是哪家，曾經(jīng)有個應聘者一個晚上通過網(wǎng)絡投了120多家單位，結(jié)果三天沒有消息，她大失所望，和我說再也不想找工作。

　　5、你的`職業(yè)生涯是如何設計的？對這個問題，我們主要考察的是應聘者的穩(wěn)定性問題，我們也不想招一個員工，不到三個月或者半年就跳槽，這樣對企業(yè)的發(fā)展是很不利的。有的人會說，我現(xiàn)在沒有工作，想找個臨時工作先做，以后再說；有的會說，我剛出來，沒有經(jīng)驗，等我一年下來，我可以找到更好的單位；還有的會說。這樣的說法都是不可取的，我們不喜歡頻頻跳槽的員工，不喜歡不安分工作的員工。你要表明來公司的目的是為了學技術(shù)、積累經(jīng)驗、以便將來更好的為企業(yè)的發(fā)展作貢獻

　　6、你為什么要找這樣一個職位？如果問到這個問題，這是對方想要了解，你是否屬于那種無論在什么公司，只要有活干就行的人。果真如此，他就不會對你感興趣。用人單位想找的是能解決工作中問題的人，這樣的人工作起來更努力，更有效率。所以，你可以這樣回答：“我花了很多時間來設計自己的職業(yè)生涯，我認為這方面的工作適合我，原因是這項工作要求的許多問題都是我所愛好的，也是我的所長。”

　　7、你能否接受加班？這是在考察你的“工作熱忱”度而問的。作為年輕人，應該表現(xiàn)出對工作的極度重視和高度的工作熱忱。當然無理的加班不一定就是好的，最好回答“如果是在自己責任范圍內(nèi)，也不能算是加班”之類的話。

　　8、你希望的待遇是什么？針對待遇問題，以清楚明確答復最佳。在回答這個問題之前你一定要弄清楚企業(yè)的一些基本情況，如：企業(yè)的性質(zhì)，是民營、外企、國企，還是臺資、韓資、歐美企業(yè)、非歐美等情況，大家知道不同性質(zhì)的企業(yè)的工資標準是不一樣的；企業(yè)所在的行業(yè)，是IT、電信、化工、房地產(chǎn)、商業(yè)等，不同的行業(yè)的薪資標準也是不一樣的；企業(yè)的規(guī)模，大型、中型、小型，這個比較明顯，不同類型的企業(yè)工資是不一樣的；企業(yè)的福利待遇，這個問題一定要問清楚，除了工資以外的福利有哪些，象住宿、吃飯、保險、補貼等都要有明確的答復，在了解了上述問題后，你要知道所應聘的崗位市場平均工資標準是多少，這就要求大家對所應聘的崗位有充分的了解，這些都可以從相關(guān)的網(wǎng)站上找到現(xiàn)成的資料，然后再根據(jù)個人年齡、經(jīng)驗、能力等客觀資料，提出合理的數(shù)字，但附帶說明提高待遇的理由很必要的。這也是評價應聘者的能力及經(jīng)驗和展示自信的好機會。有一點需要提醒，當你開出的薪酬條件超出了面試者的預算，但他們?nèi)绻麑δ愕哪芰Ω械綕M意，他們可能會問你：“你的薪酬要求我們暫時無法滿足，如果先給你xx（公司所能提供的薪酬），你是否能接受？”如果你表示接受，那么恭喜你，你十有八九已經(jīng)得到了這份工作。

　　10、你認為你自己有什么缺點？許多應聘者把自己的缺點說得模棱兩可，希望人家會看作是你的優(yōu)點。例如回答說：“我性子急。”希望主考人認為你干勁十足，這類話主考人早聽膩了。你應該正視自己的缺點，以你的誠實和你的勇氣，來贏得考官的認同和欣賞。

　　11、談談你的人際關(guān)系經(jīng)驗？這是想考察你的應對能力及決斷能力。你可以圍繞下面的問題從側(cè)面來回答：“遇到與朋友沖突的時候，你是怎么處理的？”、“與別人意見相沖突的時候，你會用什么方式讓別人接受你的意見？”。每一個公司需要的不是力爭到底的堅持，而是需要更進一步地搜集資料，透過人際關(guān)系來積聚力量，找尋正確的工作決策和方法。

　　12、你什么時候可以來上班？大多數(shù)企業(yè)會關(guān)心就職時間，最好是回答：如果被錄用的話，到職日可按公司規(guī)定上班。但如果還有一些私人的問題還沒有處理完畢，按時上班會有些困難，應進一步說明原因，公司一般會通融的。
