　　二、備忘錄

　　備忘錄是一種正式的專業(yè)文件。它結構清晰、閱讀方便、傳遞迅速，經(jīng)常為公司或團體用于各部門之間傳遞信息、提醒和督促對方做某事。大多數(shù)備忘錄的特點是簡明扼要，但它們同時也應具備優(yōu)秀應用文的其他寫作原則：面向你的讀者，表達清楚且準確。

　　備忘錄通常提出請求或發(fā)布人們對某個具體問題的迅速反應。備忘錄簡潔短小，各部分題目雖然看上去有些唐突，但它們可以使讀者對事情有個大致了解并快速做出反應。

　　備忘錄有約定俗成的結構和格式，一般由五個部分組成：

　　To: 收文人

　　From: 發(fā)文人

　　Date: 日期

　　Subject: 事由，內容只需要用名詞或動名詞等少數(shù)幾個詞，甚至一個詞做簡略陳述。

　　Message: 正文，直入主題，列出最重要的信息或結論。

　　備忘錄的特點是不拘禮節(jié)，重視信息的準確、清楚。交代的事情應該簡明扼要，一段話說明一個意思。備忘錄一般不用簽名，也無需蓋章。另外，備忘錄中也可以稱呼語及結尾敬語。
