商店攤位租賃合同

 

　　1 、出租人同意出租，承租人同意租賃位于_________ 的店房_________ 間，房號為_________ ，電話號碼為_________ ，租期為_________ 年，月租金_________ 元（_________ 幣）。

 

　　2 、在以上第1 條款中所規定的租期，從出租人完成第3 條款所有規定并在7 天內通知承租方后開始生效。

 

　　3 、出租人同意按以下具體規定完成該店房的維修工作_________.

 

　　4 、在本合同簽訂之日，出租人已收到合計_________ 元的房租保證金。如果承租人某月逾期未交租金，承租人同意出租人立即從保證金中扣除應收款項作為租金。
