　　我在工作上會個別教導華人，如何寫履歷，并幫忙刪改、校對，但是一定要請當事人自己擬稿，因為我常看到有些職業訓練學校替學生寫履歷，不但完全一個模式，而且當事人根本不熟悉內容，這在將來面談的時候會出很大的問題。如果公司在雇用人之後，發現有不實的資料，一定會馬上解雇，而且將來別家公司知道，也絕對不會錄用。不可不慎。
