A: You are applying for the post of marketing management department. Why do you think you are suitable for this job?
A:你應(yīng)聘的是市場(chǎng)管理部的職位,你認(rèn)為 你為什么適合這樣的工作？
B: It is the subject of a successful marketer how to analyze customers’ appeal and mentality and how to make your products different from others through market information. And this requires strong analyzing ability. Also, it requires a marketing manager to have considerable originality to develop new products and improve old products in order to differentiate his products from others, to be more competitive among the same kind of products, to target specific customer groups and to explore undeveloped market. And I think I’ve developed my analyzing ability and originality through my studies in the university, my part-time job and the survey related to marketing management.
B：如何通過(guò)市場(chǎng)的信息來(lái)分析消費(fèi)者的心 理、偏好，如何使你的產(chǎn)品具有個(gè)性都是 一個(gè)成功的.市場(chǎng)管理人員必須研究的課 題，而這就要求市場(chǎng)管理人員具備很高 的分析能力。同樣,要使產(chǎn)品具有個(gè)性， 與眾不同,在同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力， 瞄準(zhǔn)特定的客戶(hù)群體,挖掘尚未完全開(kāi) 發(fā)的市場(chǎng),這又要求一名市場(chǎng)管理人員 具備相當(dāng)?shù)膭?chuàng)新意識(shí)，不斷開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品， 改進(jìn)舊產(chǎn)品。而我認(rèn)為我通過(guò)在校的學(xué) 習(xí)、兼職實(shí)習(xí)和與市場(chǎng)管理相關(guān)的調(diào)查 實(shí)踐已經(jīng)培養(yǎng)了分析能力和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)， 所以我認(rèn)為我適合這份工作。
A: If you are a director of our company and you are in charge of a project. There are six people in the project team. Due to different opinions, the team is split into two parts at a meeting and they are debating ferociously. At this time, as a leader, what will you do to coordinate the two parts? If the two parts disagree, what will you do then?
A:如果你已經(jīng)成為了我公司的一名主管， 由你負(fù)責(zé)管理一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。在項(xiàng)目的團(tuán)隊(duì)中一共有6人,在一次會(huì)議上，由于觀點(diǎn) 不同,產(chǎn)生對(duì)立的兩方,而且進(jìn)行了激烈 爭(zhēng)論,這時(shí)，你作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者該如何協(xié)調(diào)？ 如果兩方面還不能達(dá)成共識(shí),你又會(huì)怎 么辦？
B: First, I will listen to both sides carefully, and make my own judgment, if I prefer one side, I will give facts and datas to persuade the other side. If my opinion is between the two sides, I will also give facts and datas to prove my opinion right. It is better that the two sides will agree on it. If not, I will stick to my opinion and allow the colleagues who keep reserved opinions to give more datas and communicate with mme. In short, my principle is that everything should be based on datas and facts. Every colleague has the right to express his opinion. I will try my best to make all the people agree on one thing. If I fail, I will make my decision, as a leader.
B:首先我會(huì)仔細(xì)聽(tīng)取兩方的觀點(diǎn)和理由， 并作出我的判斷。如果我傾向于其中一方的觀點(diǎn)，我會(huì)拿出數(shù)據(jù)和事實(shí)來(lái)說(shuō)服 另一方。如果我的觀點(diǎn)是介于兩者之 間,我同樣會(huì)基于數(shù)據(jù)和事實(shí)來(lái)證明我 的立場(chǎng)。如果最后大家能夠達(dá)成共識(shí)自 然最好。如果不能，我會(huì)堅(jiān)持我的觀點(diǎn)， 但允許保留意見(jiàn)的同事拿出更多的數(shù)據(jù) 來(lái)和我溝通。總之，我的原則是基于數(shù) 據(jù)與事實(shí)，每一位同事都有權(quán)發(fā)表他的 觀點(diǎn)，我會(huì)盡量讓大家達(dá)成共識(shí)。如果 不行，那作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，我會(huì)做出自己的決 定。
