人物介紹： Amy是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生，她成功通過校園招聘的筆試環(huán)節(jié)，來到夢(mèng)寐以求的這家外企面試，這是她的第二輪面試，與人力資源部總監(jiān)Paul的對(duì)話就此展開。
場(chǎng)景一：見面問好
Paul: Nice to meet you, Amy. I’m Paul, HRD of the company. Please have a seat.
Paul: 很高興認(rèn)識(shí)你Amy。我是人力資源總監(jiān)Paul，請(qǐng)坐。
Amy: Nice to meet you, Ms. Paul.
Amy: 你好Paul女士。
場(chǎng)景二：測(cè)試應(yīng)聘者對(duì)公司的了解程度
Paul: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently in school.What I want to know is why you think you’re right for this job.
Paul: 從你的簡歷，我可以看出你在校時(shí)很優(yōu)秀。我想知道為什么你認(rèn)為你適合這份工作。
Amy: I am always interested in news coming from your industry, and I’m deeply impressedby your company’s sales performance. To have risen 200-percent in the domestic market overjust the past three years is an incredible feat. I also admire and agree with the employeedevelopmental values that the company has adopted. I find that my personal goals and ideasabout business operations fit perfectly with the companys goals and mission statement.
Amy: 我一直關(guān)注你們行業(yè)的新聞，公司在過去三年里中國市場(chǎng)的業(yè)績?cè)鲩L了兩倍，這給我留下了很深的印象。同時(shí)我也很喜歡貴公司培養(yǎng)員工的企業(yè)文化。我覺得我的個(gè)人發(fā)展目標(biāo)、商業(yè)理念和公司的目標(biāo)完全吻合。
Paul: So you are well aware of our company. It appears that you have done your fairshare of research.
Paul: 你對(duì)我們公司很了解，看來你提前做了很多功課啊。
Amy: Yes, in addition to judging whether I am the right fit for C&C, I believe that its alsocrucial for me to know if this company is right for me. Ive been impressed by the service providedhere by everyone from the receptionist to the assistant. I am confident that I will have a veryrewarding and successful career here.
Amy: 是的，除了判斷我是否符合C&C的要求外，了解公司是否適合我也很關(guān)鍵。從前臺(tái)到助理的接待都給我留下了深刻印象，我覺得我在這兒能開創(chuàng)有價(jià)值而且成功的事業(yè)。

Paul: Commitment to the company and the team is very important to us here.
Paul: 在我們這里，對(duì)公司以及團(tuán)隊(duì)的責(zé)任是非常重要的。
Amy: I am very responsible. Whenever I have been assigned to complete a certain task, myteacher and classmates could always count on me to achieve the stated task. There is also noneed to remind me of what I should do. I enjoy intermingling and doing things with others.
Amy: 我很有責(zé)任心，如果讓我負(fù)責(zé)一件事，老師和同學(xué)們都會(huì)很放心。而且我用不著別人提醒我該做什么。我喜歡與人相處，以及和別人一起做事情。
場(chǎng)景四：個(gè)人職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃
Paul: So what are your career objectives? And how do you perceive your owndevelopment if you were to assume this position?
Paul: 那你的事業(yè)目標(biāo)是什么?如果你獲得了這個(gè)職位，你對(duì)自己的發(fā)展有什么想法?
Amy: I expect to have a good opportunity to put all of my knowledge into practice. I am adoer and I can contribute a great deal to the company. I hope that within five years, I could leadan energetic and productive marketing team.

Paul: As a fresh graduate, what do you think is the most essential factor to establishingand maintaining a good relationship with your future boss?
Paul: 你現(xiàn)在剛剛畢業(yè)，你認(rèn)為和你未來的老板能夠建立并保持良好關(guān)系的最主要因素是什么?
Amy: All the supervisors have rich experience. So first of all I will obey the demands of thesupervisors. Secondly, I will ask their advice and maintain an open mind. Thirdly, when there arequestions, I will communicate in-depth with my supervisors to achieve a functional and propersolution.
Amy: 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都是工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很豐富的人。首先我要服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排。第二呢，要虛心求教。第三，萬一碰到疑問，我會(huì)及時(shí)跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)深入溝通，找到一個(gè)合理的解決方案。
場(chǎng)景六：應(yīng)聘者提問時(shí)間到
Paul: Good, then do you have any question about our company?
Paul: 好的，對(duì)于公司，你有什么問題嗎?
Amy: Could you tell me something about your training program?
Amy: 能否介紹一下你們的培訓(xùn)制度?
Paul: In brief, we offer both in-house and off-site training to our AP or U.S. headquarters.We have a few daylong training sessions for topics like business writing skills and software training.These sessions are available to everyone who applies. We also have a variety of other programsbased on each work function. Our program is essentially a job-rotation program, and we believe itis more effective than traditional on-the-job training.
Paul: 簡單來說，我們既有在崗培訓(xùn)，也有去亞太總部或美國總部專門培訓(xùn)。我們采用整日課程來進(jìn)行商務(wù)寫作和軟件操作一類的培訓(xùn)。每個(gè)人都可以申請(qǐng)參加。我們還針對(duì)各個(gè)職能安排了多種多樣的課程。我們的課程主要是輪崗，我們相信這比傳統(tǒng)的在職培訓(xùn)要有效的多。
Amy: It sounds attractive!

Paul: Lastly, what’s your main consideration in your current job hunt?
Paul: 最后，你選擇工作時(shí)主要考慮哪個(gè)方面?
Amy: Potential growth opportunity. If a potential job does offer me an opportunity to growand mature, I will find it very easy to devote my career to executing my responsibilities at thehighest level. I believe that your company will be a perfect place for me to grow and develop!
Amy: 潛在的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。如果一個(gè)工作能夠讓我有發(fā)展和成熟的機(jī)會(huì)，我就會(huì)更容易地全身心投入去完成我的職責(zé)。我相信貴公司將是我成長和發(fā)展的良好平臺(tái)!

Paul: I also hope to have the chance to get to know you better in the future.
