Natasha is a little Russian girl. One day her grandmother took her to town. They went shopping.In the street, they saw many buses and cars.
Natasha stopped and asked her grandmother，“Do you know which bus is the best?”
"Oh，I don’t know.”Her grandmother could not understand why she had asked such a question and,in turn,she asked her granddaughter，"Can you tell me which of them is the best?”
"No.5 is the best one."
"why?”
“Because it has got full marks-5!”

娜塔莎是一個俄國女孩，有一天奶奶帶她進城去買東西。在大街上她們看到許多公共汽車和小汽車。
娜塔莎停住問奶奶:“奶奶，您知道哪一輛車最好嗎?”
“啊，我不知道。”奶奶不明白她為什么要這樣問，就反過來問小孫女:“你能告訴我哪一輛最好嗎?”
“5號最好。”
“為什么?”
“因為它得了滿分—5分!”
Drunk
One day，a father and his little son were going home. At this age，the boy was interested in all kinds of things and was asking questions.Now he asked，"What is the meaning of the word‘drunk’，dads”
"Well，my son，”his father replied，“Look， there are standing two policemen. If I regard the two policemen as four then I am drunk.”
"But，dad，”the boy said，"There is only one policeman!”
醉酒
一天，父親與小兒子一起回家。這孩子正好處于那種對什么事情都感興趣的年齡，老是有提不完的問題。他向父親發問道:“‘醉’字是什么意思?”
“唔，孩子，”父親回答道，“你瞧站在那兒的兩個警察。如果我把他們看成四個，那么我就算醉了。”
“可是，爸爸，”孩子說，“那兒只有一個警察呀!”
Bedtime Prayer
Julia was saying her bedtime prayers."Please God，"she said，“Make Naples the capital of ltaly. Make Naples the capital of ltaly.”
Her mother interrupted and said，"Julia，why do you want God to make Naples the capital of Italy?”
And Julia replied，“Because that is what I put in my geography exam!”

媽媽打斷她說:“朱麗葉，你為什么要求上帝讓那不勒斯成為意大利的首都呢?”
朱麗葉回答說:“因為我在地理考卷上是這么寫的。”
