大學生英語面試成功通關(guān)實戰(zhàn)指南
一、英語面試一般包括三輪：
第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關(guān)個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試，主要考查應(yīng)聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場部，則應(yīng)聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強項等。
如果前面都很順利，那么，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。
二、面試中最需要自信
普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說，一般在進行英語面試時，多是希望考查應(yīng)聘者聽說讀寫的實際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來說，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應(yīng)聘者在團體中的工作反應(yīng)。進一步說，面試官更多的是希望了解應(yīng)聘者面對指責的態(tài)度。
??姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應(yīng)用能力為主，所以應(yīng)聘者在面試當中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當中抬高自己貶低別人。回答問題盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責范圍內(nèi)答題，也不要重復其他應(yīng)聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
三、面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化
新橙英語培訓中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie建議說，學生的先期準備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會有幫助的。
chie介紹說，英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設(shè)在一個類似于接待室的地方，而非特別準備的會場，由2-3個人負責面試。
外國人作為考官進行面試時，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可，也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此，應(yīng)聘者必須準確了解應(yīng)聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應(yīng)的對策。
四、英語面試實戰(zhàn)指南
1、介紹教育背景：簡明扼要，實話實說。盡管你在簡歷中對自己的教育背景作了介紹，但在面試時，面試官還有可能就此方面提問。還是事先做點準備吧。a表示interviewer(面試者)，b表示applicant(求職者)。

b?my major is business administration. i am especially interested in“marketing”。(不僅回答了問題，還順帶一句介紹了自己較為感興趣的方面，簡明扼要。)
②a?which university are you attending？
b?i am attending×××university.
③a?have you received any degrees﹖
b?yes. first?i received my bachelor degree in english literature?and then an mba degree.
④a?what course did you like best﹖
b?project management. i was very interested in this course when i was a student. and i think it’s very useful for my present work.
⑤a?do you feel that you have received a good general training﹖
b?yes.i have studied in an english training program and a computer training program since i graduated from university. i am currently studying finance at a training school.
2、介紹工作經(jīng)驗：顯露實力，避免炫耀
①a?have you ever been employed？
②a?your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreign representative office in shanghai?may i ask why you left﹖
b?i worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.however?i left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.i found another job that is more interesting.

④what qualifications do you have that make you feel you will be successful in your field﹖

⑦a?what are your greatest strengths﹖(實話實說好了，不必客氣，但應(yīng)注意語氣和表情，不要給人炫耀之感。)

3、性格愛好：表現(xiàn)積極、合作的一面

5、面試結(jié)束：禮貌道別。此外，面試官還可能問及你的家庭情況，如家人對你的影響等，也應(yīng)事先有所準備。
